Xiaomi has finally launched the most awaited Redmi 12 series smartphones in China. The company has revealed three new smartphones – the Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+.
All three Smartphone are equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen, Mediatek Dimensity 1080 5G processor, a 16MP selfie camera and 5g support.
The three devices also has same features like a 3.5mm port, NFC, IR blaster, and Wi-Fi 6 support.
Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition
The most attractive model in the Redmi Note 12 Series is the Note 12 Discovery Edition. It has a 200MP main camera with F 1.65 aperture. It also has OIS feature.. The phone also has an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens. This smartphone can capture 200MP images, 50MP pixel-binned images (using four-in-one binning), or 12.5MP (using 16-in-one binning).
Xiaomi has provided 210W wired charging on this phone and the company says that this 210 watt charger will charge the Note 12 Discovery Edition 100% in just 9 minutes. Even with 210 watt charging, its battery is only 4,300mAh.
Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus
If you want a smartphone with a 200MP camera but a bigger battery, you may want to consider another model. You can get a 5,000 mAh battery with the Pro Plus model. The Pro Plus model has 120 watt wired charging. According to Xiaomi, this model takes only 19 minutes to charge to 100%.
Like the Discovery version, it has a triple rear camera with a 200MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens.
Redmi Note 12 Pro
The Redmi Note 12 Pro comes with a 50MP IMX766 main camera (f/1.88, OIS) and 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lenses.
It’s the same 50MP sensor seen in some flagship phones like the Oppo Find X5 Pro and the Asus Zenfone 9.
The Pro variant has a 5,000mAh battery with a 67W wired charger. Xiaomi claims that this charger will charge Redmi Note 12 Pro 100% within 46 minutes.
