National Hydropower called AGM with dividend and rightshare

National Hydropower has called a general meeting with dividend and rightshare proposal. The company has called a general meeting on Monday, Phagun 30.

The company has proposed to distribute a total of 19.5 percent dividend from the net profit of FY 77/78 with 18.525 per cent bonus share of the current paid up capital and 0.975 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be distributed to the investors after it is passed by the general assembly. Similarly, the company has proposed to issue 50 percent rightshare of the paid up capital after the distribution of dividend.

The company has decided to close the book for the general meeting on Phagun 13. Only existing shareholders will be able to attend the meeting and receive the proposed dividend till phagun 12.
