Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) has called its 28th AGM on 20th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Tribhuvan army officers club., Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.31%( 3.50% Bonus Share and 1.81% Cash Dividend) dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 477th meeting of the board of directors has decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in bonus shares.
Poush 07 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
