Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, has issued a call for eligible Nepali citizens to fill vacant permanent positions through an open and inclusive competition. Interested candidates are invited to apply for the positions outlined below. The recruitment process will adhere to the Staff Regulations of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, including the first amendment.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the open and inclusive competitive examination, interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Nepalese citizen
- Must not be disqualified according to Regulation 17
- Must not have been prosecuted for irregularity in any examination conducted by the Public Service Commission for a certain period of time.
Application Process:
Applicants must apply through the online system on the company’s website, which is either www.ntc.net.np or https://recruit.ntc.net.np. The following documents must be uploaded while filling out the online application form:
- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Sample signature
- Certificates of minimum educational qualification, training, and experience
- Council registration certificate
- Certificate of inclusion
- Equivalency determination letters.

Age Limit
These are the certain age limits for different levels of positions. For Assistant level , the age limit is between 18 years to 35 years. For Level 6 to Level 7 Officer level posts, the age limit is between 21 years to 34 years. For Level 8 and Level 9 Officer level studies, the age limit is between 21 years to 40 years. Upper age limit for women and disabled candidates should not exceed 40 years. The age calculation will be considered based on the last date of submission of the application, which is within a 21-day deadline. However, there is no age limit for existing permanent employees of Nepal Telecommunications Company.
Type of Examination:
The examination process for the recruitment drive involves a written examination, interview, and practical (only for Level 3 and Level 4 of Technical Courses).
Examination Fee and Submission Process:
Once the online application form is submitted, applicants need to choose one of the payment options such as NamstePay, ConnectIPS, eSewa, or Khalti wallets. Alternatively, they can also submit the application along with the Tokan Number mentioned slip at the company’s fee counters. The prescribed examination fee/debbar fee should be paid within the opening time of the toll counter.
