Oppo has launched a new budget range smartphone Oppo A17 under its A series. Oppo A17 has an attractive design with two cameras , flat back and flat edge. Let’s look at it in more detail.
Oppo A17 Specs
Oppo A17 has a 6.56-inch LCD display with HD Plus resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The display has 100 % DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. It has a water drop notch around the screen and a sizable bezel.
MediaTek Helio G35 processor is used in A17. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Talking about the camera, it has a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. There is a 5-megapixel f/2.2 selfie camera on the front. The main camera setup has AI, 360 degree fill light, portrait retouching, HDR, and many other imaging features.
The Oppo A17 is powered by a 5000mAh battery with some features to extend battery life including Super Power Saving Mode and Super Nighttime Standby. Other specifications include ColorOS 12.1, IPX4 water resistance, Android 12 and USB-C.
The back cover of the phone is made of leather. It is said that this will prevent problems such as phones being scratched .

Oppo A17 is available in Lake Blue and Midnight Black colours.
The price of this phone is currently MYR 599 (about US$130) in Malaysia. It is also available for pre-order in Singapore, but the price there is yet to be determined.
