The Nepal Stock Exchange ( NEPSE ) has adjusted the share price of Swabalamban Microfinance Financial Institution Limited ( SWBBL ) on Tuesday.
Nepse has fixed the new price by adjusting the share price after the microfinance book closed for the purpose of the general meeting. Nepse has adjusted share price for 19 percent bonus share of microfinance. After the adjustment, the share price of microfinance has stood at Rs 1,100.84. Before adjustment, the share price of Swabalamban Microfinance was Rs 1,310 per share.
Microfinance had announced to distribute 19 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend for tax purposes of the existing paid up capital. To pass the same dividend proposal, microfinance has convened its 12th annual general meeting on Thursday, Poush 15, at Ellis Reception, Garidhara, Kathmandu. The meeting will start at 11 am.
