Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL) has announced vacancy for various position. The bank is  seeking applications from all qualified applicants for various jobs for its central office and branches across the country, as detailed in the job descriptions and specifications below;

1 . Legal Department – Few (Head Office, Butwal)

Qualification :Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Minimum 2 Years of banking experience.

  • Age : not exceeding 35 years (as on vacancy deadline)

2. Information Technology Department – Few (Head Office, Butwal)

  • For Junior Assistant and Above Level:
  • Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management or related field and Minimum 2 Years of experience in IT Department particularly in system, network and database administration. Banking experience shall be a plus point.
  • Age : not exceeding 35 years (as on vacancy deadline)
  • For Trainee Assistant (TA): 
  • Qualification: Fresher,  Bachelors’ Degree in IT
  • Age not exceeding 25 years (as on vacancy deadline)

3. Relationship Officer/Manager – Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

  • Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics or related field
  • 3 Years of experience in BFI with minimum I-year exposure in Relationship Management
  • Sound knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and related Central Bank Directives and Circulars.
  • Age : not exceeding 35 years (as on vacancy deadline)

4. Credit Risk Department – Few (Head Office, Butwal)

  • Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management /Economics and minimum 1-year exposure in internal audit/credit/operations/compliance/risk or Fresher Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA
  • Age : Under 35 years of age till the last day of application

5. Branch Manager – Few (Various Branches)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • 4 years’ experience in BFI with minimum I-year exposure in Relationship Management and Branch Management
  • Age : not exceeding 35 years (as on vacancy deadline)

6. Operations Department – Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

  • Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in BFI with minimum 1-year exposure in Operations Management
  • Age : not exceeding 35 years (as on vacancy deadline)

7. Management Trainee – Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

  • Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Law or related field
  • Age:  not exceeding 30 years. 

8. Trainee Assistant – Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

  • Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Law or related field. Age not exceeding 25 years as on vacancy deadline 

or

+2/intermediate level for Remote Branches.  Age : not exceeding 28 years .
