Tata Motors has launched the Nexon EV Max electric car. The company claims that this vehicle will give a range of 437 km on a single charge. Its starting ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs( INR) 17.74 lakh.
80% charge in 56 minutes
There is Fast charging facility provided in Nexon EV Max. With 7.2kW AC fast charger, it can be fully charged in 6.5 hours in regular time. But with a commercially used 50kW DC charger, it will be charged up to 80% in just 56 minutes.
Battery and Speed
The Nexon EV Max packs a powerful 40.5kWh lithium-ion battery. This is 33% more battery capacity than the current Tata Nexon EV.
This vehicle generates the max power of 143 PS. Apart from this, you get 250 Nm of instant torque in it. The Company claims that the car will get 100 kmph in just under nine seconds and its top-speed will also be 140 kmph.
Accourding to company, the range of this EV is upto 437 km on a Single Charge. But in the real world, the range of the EV is likely to be 380+ KM on a Single Charge.
Price Of Nexon EV Max electric car
The company has introduced this car in two variants XZ + and XZ + Lux. At the same time, two charging options will be available in it. Its ex-showroom price will start from Rs 17.74 lakh(INR) and will go up to Rs 19.24 lakh(INR).
